🕊️Welcome to the Pigeon Soul website ❤️
🏠 A home for the forgotten winged angels who served us faithfully for thousands of years… and whom we’ve forgotten
💔 Have you ever seen a pigeon that can’t fly – because a human broke its wing? Or a chick that fell from the nest, sometimes in a desperate attempt to find its parents… who had already been caught and killed by people?
These are exactly the kind of little souls I rescue. “..Still, every day. With no grants, no security for tomorrow – but with faith that it matters..”
At this moment, I am searching for and selecting new facilities for the treatment and recovery of birds, where it will also be possible to build a large outdoor aviary for permanently disabled birds who can no longer return to the wild. Based on this, we will fine-tune the project goals mentioned below and the follow-up public fundraisers, as well as establish an organization to help urban birds.
More details about the planned project here
Honza + animals = one story of hope and “forbidden joy”
It’s not only about the animals themselves, their treatment, support, and background.
Through this project, I want to initiate a community of like-minded people. To complete and develop projects I have been working on for years. And they bring significant value. For animals and for people. As part of that, I decided to share a part of my life story.❤️ Opening up my story in the face of general prejudices and dogmas is not comfortable for anyone. But I believe that when we show vulnerability, something real can be born from it. For benefit and joy – not only for everyone involved. I never stopped believing. In friendship. In goodness. In the fact that truth and honesty have the power to connect.
This project is not only about birds. It is about hope. Cooperation. Trust. About helping those who cannot speak up for themselves. Whether they are people… or injured birds. I believe in honesty as the most practical, most fair and fastest path leading to the goal and the satisfaction of everyone involved – with pure intentions. And also in the support of those with whom it will resonate.
For 7 years I covered 95% of the care and food myself, and caring is my joy. But I am no longer able to pay for operation and development only from my own resources. Overall, I have spent from my own funds at least 370,000 CZK – aviary, veterinary expenses, treatment, feeding, recovery. And I have devoted thousands of hours of my time to rescue and care.
🙏In order to continue rescuing and treating, and in 2026 to create a team and expand the facilities, I need your support, without which it will not be possible to continue.🙏Whether in the form of a financial donation, or by sharing, liking, commenting. For treatment, care and building a safe background for those who cannot return to nature🙏❤️![]()
7 years of experience + ready plans for further development + your support =
🕊️❤️🏠Please support us, read more, share if something resonates with you. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart.
IT’S NOT ONLY ABOUT THE FUNDRAISER – EVERYONE WHO WANTS TO GET INVOLVED IN A CONCRETE WAY IS WELCOME, NOT ONLY BY SHARING AND FINANCIAL SUPPORT.If any non-profit or commercial project mentioned here resonates with you – get involved here or please contact me by email. For all visitors I have prepared and gladly share FREE content –my personal photos and videos: animals, nature, Prague, dance – interesting facts, tips and stories about pigeons. For financial supporters, access to behind-the-scenes videos and photos and a number of other rewards and thank-yous.
Main reasons for the fundraiser:
1. Continuing the rescue, treatment and recovery of injured birds
- Veterinary expenses, medical aids, recovery, food
- for 5 birds, more expensive surgeries and recovery are needed
2. Establishing a non-profit organization to help pigeons and urban birds, so I can expand my work and not cover everything alone as I have until now.
3. Completing non-profit projects to help birds
- Building facilities for treatment and recovery of injured birds.
- Building an outdoor aviary for permanently disabled birds (I have experience with this – see the website)
- Re-engaging in the municipal pigeon loft project, which I helped start years ago
4. Filming the prepared documentary film “About Forgotten People”
- The film is meant to help spark debate about poverty, social isolation and the lack of help for our people
- What was available to everyone until recently is becoming an illogical “luxury”
“Courage is not that you are not afraid. Courage is that you keep going even when you are afraid.”

🎬 Epilogue 🎥 From the movie *The Hobbit – An Unexpected Journey*
Gandalf: “Saruman believes it is only great power that can hold evil in check, but that is not what I have found.
I have found it is the small everyday deeds of ordinary folk that keep the darkness at bay… small acts of kindness and love.”
Elf: “Why Bilbo Baggins?”
Gandalf: “Perhaps because I am afraid… and he gives me courage!”
